extensions and PTCL trunk lines including ISDN and PRI. |

System and user configuration management via NMS terminal;
additions, interfacing and upkeep of hardware including trunks,
extensions, local tie-lines, overseas tie-lines, line amplifiers
& echo suppression, digital voice/data Multiplexer, digital
networking, metering & printing, paging systems, auto-attendant
& voice-mail, power supplies & battery backup. Additions
alterations in MDF & cable network and user point. System and
user diagnostics implementation and trouble-shooting for local
and tie-line/WAN problems. Maintaining in-house inventory of
spares at customer premises and coordinating with the local /
overseas vendor of the equipment for the same. Coordinating with
remote end PBX management staff for trouble-shooting of PBX to
PBX communication problem on private leased circuits. Planning

expansions and upgrades and pursuing the matter with
client management for approval/budget allocation and with
vendors for supply & support services. Arranging and
managing staff for the recurring maintenance requirement.
